I am running a Windows XP guest on a Windows 7 host via VirtualBox. I found this software, but it doesn't seem to support this hardware and hasn't been updated in a while. In fact, the instructions that came with the equipment actually state that they ONLY provide Windows drivers, so Mac fans are equally out of luck with this hardware as it ships from the manufacturer. I did some Googling and I'm not seeing a lot of options for diabetics who want to run anything other than Windows. It is use to enable communications between a computer and a insulin pump.
