As it stands, I have yet to receive a call back (it's only been an hour), and I'm not sure if I got the right one :/. pinion angle problem on my 88 4runner SAS project. Im trying to find the correct size locker for my truck, but on the aussie locker website my truck isnt listed but im pretty sure ive seen other people use them on the same one. I already placed the order for the 8" and he said if I ordered the wrong one they'd either intercept it in transit to me or credit me to ship it back to them and then they'd replace with correct one. Luckily I had done mine recently, so this wasnt a problem. I didnt take pics and I wont bother you with the details of the installation, but I figured Id give you some highlights: If you havent replaced / removed the hubs recently, plan on that being a pain in the ass.

He admitted he wasn't sure which one I'd need and that he'd look into it and get back to me as soon as possible. Well, Sunday night I got a wild hair, and decided to install my Aussie Locker in the front 30 on the Jeep. I told him that from everything I've read I thought the prerunners were based off of the 4x4 designs so that they'd use the same real axle, just be 4x2 instead of 4x4. Just got the call this morning and the gentleman asked what vehicle I have, I told him a 98 prerunner (4 cyl), and he also suggested the 7.5". To be more specific, first I spoke to one of their sale reps who suggested the 7.5" at first but admitted she wasn't positive so she forwarded my info to another sales rep/mechanic who was going to call me back with info.
